TIERRA BOMBA CASA RULEZ

    • This is YOUR responsibility.

    • Help clean up after others that may have forgotten.

  • Sign Up for (at least) One Shift.

    • Sign only yourself up to a shift.  Do not list your entire RV as one person in a Shift slot within the spreadsheet.

    • PLEASE feel free to sign up for MORE THAN one shift.  We can use all the help.

    • The various shifts include:

      • Brunch

      • Bomba Bar

      • Gifting Cart

      • Healing Tent

      • Camp Daily Maintenance/MOOP

      • Sunday Breakdown/MOOP

    • Note: If you have not signed up for a Shift by August 13th, you will be assigned a Shift based on Camp needs.

  • Participate in the Camp’s Opening Circle.

    • This will take place on Monday, Aug 27th at 7pm at Tierra Bomba

    • Receive your Tierra Bomba Welcome Gift (find Daniela she’s the cute tiny Mexican Bomba)

  • “Hola!”

    • We are not a massive camp... but also not super small.  Introduce yourself in the camp!

  • Participate in the Camp Final Sunday MOOP / Monday Breakdown

    • Only sign up for the Sunday Breakdown/MOOP shift if you are able to stay and actually help us MOOP and breakdown the camp.

      • Note: THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE REGULAR CAMP SHIFTS.

    • Inform Mariana and/or Sergio if you can’t stay for camp clean up on Sunday, so that they give you specific instructions on how to checkout and leave with no trace. Simple guidelines below:

      • Please make sure all the surrounding areas of your RV are completely MOOPed (that includes bicycles, doormats or trash; regardless if they are yours or not, help us leave the area around you completely clean.)

      • Do NOT leave your trash in the camp’s general trash area. Take it out with you - A good place to store it is in the outer compartments of your RV.

      • Do NOT leave your bike behind.

      • Take ONE or TWO of the camp’s general MOOP bags out from the Playa in your RV.

      • We will take the checking out process into consideration for next years TB list of guests; we know where everyone is parked based on our grid, so please please please, don`t put us in the uncomfortable situation of not inviting you again, because of this.

  • Check for Daily Announcements.

    • Vital Camp logistics and the Camp schedule will be posted on the Camp White Board every single day.

    • The Camp White Board will be located in the Kitchen area.

Dont’s:

  • Don`t bring any plastic or glass bottles.

    • If you must bring some, please limit the amount your bring.

    • Cans are preferable.

  • Don’t bring plastic cups, plates, cutlery, etc.

  • Don't leave “cunchos” behind!

    • What is a “cuncho” ???

      • Colombians refer to this as those pesky last few sips of your drink.

    • Why do we hate “cunchos”?

      • “Cunchos” create a MAJOR complication for the clean up crew.

      • All of those last tiny little sips, when added together in the garbage, create a large & messy ‘GARBAGE JUICE’.

      • These “cunchos” are very hard to MOOP and can really damage the Playa.

    • How does a Bombito avoid “cunchos”?

      • Simply drink EVERY LAST SIP of your drink before throwing it out. Shouldn't be too hard!

      • Can't drink all of it? It's too hot? Throw it down the sink of your RV
